How do you practice self-care?

I am sure to practise self-care on the daily and include these 5 rituals as part of my success in a balanced self-care regime.

1 – Meditation

Meditation is a fantastic way to realign your breathing technique and clear your mind, allowing more creative thoughts to sneak on in later on.

2 – Exercise

Exercise is great for the mind, body, and soul.  Gain extra benefits by performing this outside in the fresh air or beat along to your favorite beats.

3- Time for Myself

Ensuring to have spare time for yourself is vital to ensuring you remain aligned with your beliefs and morals. It also let’s you reset and clear the slate for new beginnings.

4 – Hot Baths

I enjoy a hot bath to wash away the day away and so I can float in a bunch of bubbles. Sometimes, even a glass of bubbles doesn’t go astray.

5 – Moisturise

It’s a must to include a daily moisturising regime in my daily life to ensure my skin remains nice and soft and shiny. I suffer from dry skin, so this is an absolute.

My top 5 self-care routine, it really does help me. I bet we all have different ideas of self-care, so im looking forward to reading about them.
